During the 83rd Regular Legislative Session in 2013, House Bill 1675 required the Sunset Commission to evaluate contracting procedures used by TEA to enter into a contract with a provider to develop or administer assessment instruments and present a report on its evaluation and recommendations to the 84th Legislature.  This requirement expires September 1, 2015.
